Marshlands is an original creation from the folk-rock-avant-garde duo The Grackles, comprised of Duffy Gardner and Ariel Zevon. Marshlands was written collaboratively by Duffy and Ariel through recollections and experiences of love and loss and the entanglements of Babylonian existence in the summer and fall of 2017-2018. The folk-rock operetta was recorded at Lovetown Recording studios in Middlesex, VT in 2018-2019.
